I had the great pleasure of working with Ryan and his crew. His knowledge was absolutely exceptional as was everyone’s there as far as what type of tire to use, fitment upgrades, how it would affect the car, suspension, etc. was just amazing way above the other people way above any of their peers. I truly recommend this shop. They do not look at you as a dollar sign but as a repeat customer and they’re Genuine. Truly go there first and don’t waste your time. N

I’ve bought two sets of rims and 4 pairs of tires from the US19 location. Always professional, fast, focused and efficient. In construction I obtain a lot of nails, with the protection plan, I don’t have to worry about it! I always choose RAW when it comes to my rims and tires!!

I cannot provide enough praise for this Company and this particular location! In the last year, RR has provided me with 3 sets of gorgeous Rims & tires for two of my vehicles! Hummer H3 and Land Rover Range Rover! When I first came to them…I was in a very desperate situation and the staff was truly phenomenal handling my situation with the highest levels of professionalism and care! They stepped in immediately offering several solutions for my immediate needs! Their speed at getting things resolved and work completed is not only incredibly impressive, it’s unheard of in the industry! These gentlemen have become family to me o er the last year! If you need a place to purchase Rims & Tires, you will not only find their prices to be excellent (not inflated), the quality of their rims & tires to be of the highest quality, but their 1st in class service & care to their clientele is unmatched! They have the highest levels of professionalism and true care for their clients I’ve seen within any company, not just this industry! Thank you Ryan, Bryan, JR and staff for going above & beyond to care for myself & my vehicles and for treating me like I’m your own family!! You guys are the v

The warranty pitch is nothing but a scam. I spent $1200 on tires in October 2019 and was told by the manager, Jose, that I have a 1 year warranty that covers road hazards. Did 90 days same as cash and paid them in full within 60 days. Within 3-4 months I got a flat from pothole caused sidewall damage, so obviously I called to use the warranty. Then the sales person called me a liar and said I didn't purchase one. Truth is they didn't mark on my account. Oh, but he was quick to say I can come down and buy a new tire (fool me once). He actually said that I probably changed my mind about the warranty at the last minute. What? I could see I was getting no where so I told the salesman to have the manager Jose call me. 3 days later and I never got a phone call. Looks like I will be buying a new tire, but definitely not from them. Just another company that takes advantage of the customer's trust. It's unfortunate things turned out how they did because I looked forward to using them as my source for all of my tire and wheel needs. (edited) The tires I paid $253 for are only $108 at Walmart. Exact size, brand, and model. Less than 1/2 the price. In hindsight, I wish I would have researched
